JVA Prints & Signs is a family-owned and operated business founded by Julio C. Videa and his son Julio Eduardo on June 12th, 2025. Born from a shared vision to combine creativity, quality, and customer service, our company proudly serves Evansville, IN, and beyond with professional print and signage solutions.

With extensive experience in marketing and event planning, Julio C. brings a strategic and creative edge to the business. He is also the owner of TriState Photobooth, a well-known event rental company across the Tri-State area.

JVA Prints & Signs – Return & Refund Policy

 

At JVA Prints & Signs, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom printing and signage products. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness:

Returns & Exchanges

Because all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by us.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item by emailing info@jvaprintsandsigns.com or calling (812) 459-8389. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

 Eligible Issues for Refund or Reprint

We will offer a reprint or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit (must be reported with photos)

  • There is a printing error that differs from the approved proof

  • You received the wrong item or size

 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or reprints in the following cases:

  • Customer-supplied artwork has errors (spelling mistakes, low resolution, incorrect size)

  • You change your mind after approval and production has started

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or incomplete delivery information

  • Color variation within industry-standard tolerances

 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur a fee if production has already begun.

 Shipping Damage

If your order was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately with photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label

We will open a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement as soon as possible.
